Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, cut in half and seeds removed
- tomato sauce
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- Hormel pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons of water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water to a nonstick pan. Bake the cut zucchini them at 350° F for about 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and add the tomato sauce, shredded cheese and pepperoni as you would build a pizza.
- Return to the oven and bake at 400° F for 4 – 6 minutes or until the cheese melts.
