Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 1 10 oz box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 4 Udi’s gluten free hamburger buns* (or use romaine lettuce hearts to wrap burger)
Directions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.
- While the grill is preheating, mix together eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, and beef in a large bowl until well combined; form into 4 patties.
- Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 15 to 20 minutes.
