Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup cranberry or apple juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Place pork chops in a slow cooker. Combine cranberry sauce, juice, sugar and mustard until smooth; pour over chops. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender. Remove chops; keep warm.
- In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water until cornstarch dissolves. Add braising liquid from the crock pot to the sauce pan and heat to a low boil. Lower heat and cook until sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve pork chops with cranberry sauce spooned over the top.
