Ingredients
- 1/2 lb sirloin steak, sliced in strips
- 1 red peppers, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ clove minced garlic
- ½ tsp. ginger.
Instructions
- Cook steak in 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat until beef reaches desired doneness; remove and keep warm.
- Add vegetables to skillet and cook in remaining oil 4-5 minutes.
- Return steak to the skillet and add ginger seasoning.
- Serve over brown rice.
