Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 whole broiler-fryer chicken, cut up, or 3 whole chicken breasts, split in half
- 1/2 cup gluten free Italian salad dressing (try Kraft or Hidden Valley)
- 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce (try Sans J)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in bottom of broiler pan (no rack) and brush with soy mixture. Broil chicken 4-7 inches from heat for 20-30 minutes, brushing occasionally and turning once or twice.
