Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 cups uncooked gluten free macaroni
- 1 lbs ground pork sausage
- 1 (16.0 ounce can) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, brown sausage in a skillet,; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings. Add tomatoes, sauerkraut, and sugar to pork and cook for 2 minutes. Drain macaroni; stir into skillet along with cheese. Spoon into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
