Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 (6 0z) boneless center-cut pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine rosemary, ground pepper, and salt; rub rosemary mixture on pork chops.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; stir the garlic into the oil, then place the pork chops in the skillet.
- Cook the pork chops 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove to a plate and keep warm.
