Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (can substitute ground pork or ground turkey)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup of Betty Crocker’s Potato Buds
- 1 tsp basil
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place beef, onion, egg and basil in a large mixing bowl and blend together with your hands. Slowly add in the Potato Buds until you get a nice texture for meatballs.
- Mold the mixture into about 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a oven-safe pan lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
- Serve warm over gluten free pasta or spaghetti squash.
