GREEN APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 (12-ounce) package Mori-Nu soft silken tofu, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Stop the blender and scrape down sides of blender as needed. The smoothie will be extra thick and creamy. Pour into a glass (or divide between two glasses) and serve.
