- ½-1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 cup packed spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-2 tsp spirulina powder
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- Handful of fresh mint leaves or ¼ tsp pure mint extract
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 3 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and purée until smooth. Serve.
