Approximate cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Heat oil in large skillet (which has a lid). Add garlic cloves and saute until soft but not burned. Watch carefully as once they burn you must throw out and start over.
- Add red pepper flakes. Add cauliflower and saute for 2 minutes. Add water, cover and lower heat to med/low until cauliflower is done to your taste.
- Put cauliflower in serving bowl. Top with parmesan.
