Ingredients
- 4 Lean Center Cut Pork Chops
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
Directions
- Rise pork chops and trim any extra fat from chops.
- In a large frying pan, brown chops.
- When browned, add tomato sauce, basil, salt and pepper.
- Cover tightly and simmer 40 minutes, or until tender. Turn meat occasionally and add a few tablespoons of water if necessary to prevent burning (if needed).
