Approximate cooking time: 8 hours (in slow cooker on low)
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs beef short ribs, bone in
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tbsp gluten free Worcestershire sauce (try Heinz or Lea & Perrins)
- 1/2 cup gluten free barbecue sauce (try Dinosaur BBQ brand)
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Place ribs standing up in crock pot. Pour in wine and water. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Cook on low approximately 8 hours.
