Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs flank or skirt steak
- 1/4 cup Italian style salad dressing
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Combine steak, dressing, vinegar, salt, and pepper in resealable plastic bag. Place in refrigerator and marinate steak a minimum 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to high heat. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any excess marinade.
- Grill steak 6-inches from heat for 4-5 minutes each side for medium-rare or to desired doneness.
