Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets
- (to taste) salt and black pepper
- 1 (large) lemon, cut into wedges
- olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drizzle fillets with olive oil (or coconut oil). Season with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 6-7 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
