Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp gluten free soy sauce (try Sans J)
- Broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Cut the broccoli into individual florets.
- Add the olive oil to the bottom of the wok.
- Fill the wok with raw broccoli.
- Drizzle with gluten free soy sauce, cover and cook over medium-high heat until bright green and softened, around 8-10 minutes.
